How To Make A Purchase

To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment. Alternatively, you can choose guest checkout, but not encouraged because you are not able to keep track of your order status. 
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the refund policy.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.


Shopping Cart

Once you've created a Golden Rose Malaysia account, find the item you would like to purchase. Select the shade and quantity then click "Add to Cart".

You will be able to change the quantity in your shopping bag. Enter the quantity, then click "". You can also remove an item, simply click "".


Ordering Hours / Working Hours

You may order with us 24/7, anytime! We are usually available for chat/enquiries from 10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. We do not work on weekends and public holidays. 



When you've completed shopping, click on the checkout button at the top the page. 

Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during "view cart" prior to clicking on checkout button. 


Order Confirmation

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. You may then proceed with your payment. If you wish to amend your order, please contact us immediately.


Order Status

Check the status of your order anytime online by login into your account. This feature is not applicable for guest checkout.
Please note that it may take up to 36 hours before information appears on the website. 


"Pending" - Your order has been received.

"Processing" - Your payment has been received and we will be processing your order within the next 1-3 working days. 

"Processed" - Your order has been sent to our packing team and will be in queue for packing. 

"Canceled" - Your order has been cancelled by your request, or due to other reasons, i.e out of stock, defective unit, etc. 

"Expired" - Your order has been unattended for 5 days without any notice to us. 

"Shipped" - Your order has been shipped.

"Completed" - Your order has been completed and we have sent you a delivery follow-up email.

"Failed" - Your payment has failed. We do not process failed payment orders. Checking / Tracking Your Order

To check your order status, go to My Account, then under "My Orders" section, click on "View Order History". Search for your order and the status will show on the top right corner of the order. If you need the banking information, click on , and scroll to the bottom. Status of your order will be updated from time to time. 


How To Use Coupon Codes

You may use the coupon code before you proceed to checkout. Please go to "view cart" and click on "Use Coupon Code". Enter the coupon code and click "Apply Coupon". 


International Orders

Currently we do not accept international orders. We only ship within Malaysia.


Payment Methods

We are currently in the process of applying for payment gateway E-GHL. Before we could integrate the payment gateway into our systems, we accept bank transfer / cash deposit / online bank transfer from Maybank only. Please note that CC Beauty Allure PLT is the registered name of our mother company in Malaysia. 


You may also perform interbank transfer. We will process your order immediately after the payment is confirmed cleared by our bank. Once you have clicked on "confirm order", an automatic email with bank details (if you chose ATM Transfer / Cash Deposit) will be emailed to you.

If you overpaid the amount, we will refund to you via store credit. Kindly ensure that if you are going to overpay by means of cash deposit, please register an account with us. 


All payments must be made in full when the pre-ordered products arrived. We will only keep stock for you for 2 weeks, unless you notify us before hand with a reason. Deposit will be forfeited after 3 weeks if no notification is received.
